Not only did the beautiful Miss Fagan arrive, which was very pleasant indeed. But she also brought the most fabulous boquet of flowers as an added extra. She's got some good breeding that one (not the type you read from a book). We love you very much sweetie!

As usual Grace turned up looking all hot n' sexy. Honestly I think she should apply for Amershams Next Top Model 08 to be held on January 26th. Please note this event is by invitation only so if you don't get one... in the words of Tirolina Bonks "The fashion world is very fickle darling, one day you're in and the next you're out". Bless her, she can carry a grudge for a very long time that one!!!!

Beauty and the Beast??
I'm not making any comment on who's who :).
So how do you do it, do I hear you say?
Well obviously not because the whole space time contimium would not allow it sweeties. But it is a well kept family secret how we mull that wine. It's been passed down through the Sullivan family from generation to generation. Many times there have been attempts to crack the mulled wine code, but never has it been achieved.
Ok so I am actually talking crap, there's no family secret (well not about the mulled wine anyway). I just got it off the internet and customized a few of them together to make my own little concoction.
So what do you need to make it, don't I hear you ask?
Well you need the following ingredients which should all be thrown into a pot together at the same time and heated gently for 15minutes (Important not to let it boil.!!)
2 x 70cl bottles of red wine (any cheap wine will do)
2x chopped oranges, 2 x chopped lemons
1 orange covered with cloves inserted into the skin
1 cinamon stick
75cl water
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of nutmeg (or to taste)
