And who are the freaks?
The pic is of me (Danny in the middle) and the main group of friends we hang out with. We all live in Reading (UK) well with the exception of Keri and Andrew but they will probably move back soon anyway. We are a varied and diverse bunch of people, ranging from Sinead who definately comes from another plant, through Mandy & Beki who are pretty unique, Vernon who knows so much trivia (yawns), to Berik who used to be a pretty good rally driver, Sam who writes and directs movies, Keri the fitness instructer, Zac the software programmer, MandyMinx the monkey gobbledegook talker, Grace the dressmaker, Jess the teacher, Lukasz the little goat, Nina the driving instructer, and me (the all round nice guy, and superhero). We like to party, we love to club, did I mention that we are definately into parties. Reading has one of the best house party scenes in the world (it's official!) So there is no better place to be.....
We live in Caversham, the (ahem) nice part of Reading [cue Vernon blithering on about lower Caversham versus Tilehurst etc etc ad nauseam]. Been in this house for almost three years now. Loving it, well with the exception of all the chavs down the road, especially the scum suckers who stole my brand new merc'..... but apart from the chavs, bad roads, thieves, and milk-stealers this is a great place to be.
I work for Hewlett Packard as a support specialist on HPUX Networking and Cisco/Procurve Networking. You could say I am a little bit of a geek but to be totally honest I am so much more that that... I am fully 100% commited to my computer/website/wireless-network. I love everything technical. I have a diploma in Electronic engineering, and an honours degree in Applied Physics (well electronic science to you and I but that is an application of Physics don't you know). I have worked for HP for ten years now, it's a long time to commit yourself to one company. Anyway HP is not HP anymore, it's actually Helwett Compaqard with a sprinkling of Synstartup on top. BUT they do pay my wages, allow me to play with computers, and drive a nice car so I am not complaining.
But lest we forget, there is also Patsy who is not in the picture but always in our minds (while she suns herself in Perth the lucky bitch). She'll be back next month (July) so we can get lots of pictures of her then!
One more thing to add - This website is optomised to be viewed with 'Firefox' web browser. It is so much better than anything MicroShaft(TM) have to offer, so do yourself a favour and ditch Internet Explorer and get with the next generation of web browsing.
