Awww little lamb. .

It's amazing what you can achieve with a knife and some butter !

We had an Easter Sunday breakfast with Ola, Monica, Vatche and Sonia. Lukasz asked me to make a butter lamb for the table as it is traditional in their part of Poland to do this. So I came up with little lamb pictured above. Pretty impressive for a first attempt even if I do say so myself. As Lukasz did not want to destroy it, it was left down to sonia to dig the knife into the tail end. Oh well I suppose all good things have to come to an end some time.

The food was as nice as the company!

Thise Polish really do know how to put on a slap up breakfast. We had soft and hard eggs, ham stuffed with potato salad, many varieties of bread, and more Polish sausage than you could shake a fat stick at. Seeing as it was such a lovely day we also decided to eat the food in the garden.

Monica was her usual bubbly self, she even broke out in song at one stage. Here she is with her beautiful assistant..

Gay cowboys on acid??

Sineaid threw a surprise birthday bash for Sam at Vernons place last month!The theme was kids party so the two of us came as the obligatory cowboys. Don't we look dapper in (almost) matching shirts and hats. The guns were printed out from some clip art off the internet. Very convincing me thinks......
